Standard Terms and Conditions for events at No 3 Royal Terrace

We kindly ask clients to be aware that a booking with No 3 will be subject to our standard terms and conditions

Confirmation

Bookings will be treated as confirmed once a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £10 per person have been received and this contract has been signed

Any booking not confirmed in writing together with a deposit within seven days of booking will be automatically released without prior notification

If the event is due within less than five days, confirmation is required immediately by way of fax or email accompanied by the relevant deposit, paid by credit card

No3 must be informed of anticipated change in numbers, no less than 14 days before the event . If the party numbers drop below the confirmed booking number then the £10 per person deposit will be forfeited by the persons absent

Menu and wine selection should be confirmed fourteen days prior to the event. Final numbers are required prior to 12.00 the day before the event, It is important that pre-agreed meal (sit down) times must be adhered to as closely as possible, otherwise serious time delays with service may be caused.

Cancellations

When a confirmed events reservation is made, and subsequently cancelled, it may be difficult for us to re-let this space. Therefore, a cancellation to a confirmed booking will be subject to the following cancellation charges:

Credit

Credit accounts are not available, and bills should be paid upon leaving.

A booking deposit of £10 per person is required for parties of 10 or more, and also for Pre-Theatre and Lunchtime Menu.

Menus in the restaurants are changed regularly. Menus on this site are examples only.

Menus are also updated to include the best seasonal produce.
